- Ben Diskin as Dragomeo; red dragon counterpart to Romeo Montague. He is based on Shoutmon from Digimon Fusion. He wears a white shirt, and blue overalls in the style of Tom Sawyer from Tom Sawyer film. He wears a blue jacket and navy pants in the style of Prince Charming from Cinderella.
- Hynden Walch as Kittiet; white cat counterpart to Juliet Capulet. She is based on Nekeeta from Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!. She wears white dress in the style of Ella from Happily N'Ever After.
- John C. Reilly as Turcutio; blue robot counterpart to Mercutio. His design was based on RJ from Toy Warrior. He has a whale-like face even though he is a robot.
- Shawn Curran as Prince Dracalus; red dragon counterpart to Prince Escalus. He is based on Boss Zukko from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Fast Forward. He is handsome and eccentric, but vain, greedy, and corrupt prince, who also wants Kittiet, but clearly for lust.
- Stuart Pankin as Montague; brownish red dinosaur counterpart to Montague. He is based on Earl Sinclair from Dinosaurs. He is roguish, thick-headed, and is very suggestible, usually opting to do what gives the largest immediate benefit to himself or his son, Dragomeo.
